Returns & Refunds
You may apply for a return or refund within 90 days after the delivery of your order.
If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be returned in its original packaging.
- Opened lash boxes or used products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
If your product has been used or opened, you may still contact us at [email protected] with supporting material, and our team will review your case individually under our 90-day money-back guarantee policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used lash boxes
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the “sender address.”
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions and a Unique Customer Code for your return shipment.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- If the item is lost in transit and not received by us, the refund will be void.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- A 5% transaction fee will be charged by our payment gateway for all canceled or returned orders.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
